10 story office building within a luxury hotel complex
Reduced annual energy spend by 64%
Cost savings of $59,970
The Challenge:
Before undertaking a retrofit and commissioning of the Offices located at the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower Miami (a 10-story office building), South Florida Controls (SFC) wanted to prove to their client – Millenium Partners – that the project would not only pay for itself but generate a healthy return on investment (ROI).
The Coppertree Solution:
To model the savings, SFC used CopperTree’s virtual metering, analytics and reports to assess the building’s baseline consumption and project the potential energy reductions to be realized as a result of the renovation.
The Results:
The savings predicted by the model were within 1% of the actual savings realized – nearly $5,000 per month or $60,000 per year.
Since deploying mid-January 2015, they’ve seen a reduction in their energy consumption of 64% per month. بطولة يورو 2022
